Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling strategic content programs.
- Proven track record in data-driven storytelling and translating complex findings into compelling narratives.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional projects with Data, Design, and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience crafting social, landing page, and email copy.
- Comfort and charisma in market-facing roles, including public speaking and moderating industry panels.
- Strong sense of autonomy and ability to drive work independently in a high-ownership, low-meeting culture.
- Interest and aptitude for learning complex SaaS product infrastructure.
- Strategic mindset with a preference for intuition-led decision making over traditional playbooks.
- Deep curiosity regarding data analysis and its application to talent and recruiting benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Evolve Ashby’s Talent Trends strategy by setting editorial vision and identifying critical insights for recruiting leaders.
- Act as the primary voice of Talent Trends through panel moderation, public speaking, and brand narration.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Data, Design, and Leadership teams to ensure high-impact deliverables.
- Partner with Customer Success to highlight customer perspectives and individual account success stories.
- Manage end-to-end content production including copy for social media, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Drive operational excellence in design, publishing velocity, and multi-media distribution across online and in-person channels.
