Requirements
- Strong professional experience in software engineering building production-grade systems.
- Understanding of software design principles and Domain-Driven Design.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Deep knowledge of modern marketing tracking, consent frameworks, and cookie-less measurement.
- Strong data engineering capabilities including SQL and data modeling.
- Experience taking machine learning models into production with monitoring.
- Familiarity with modern AI engineering approaches including LLMs and vector search.
- Ability to translate commercial hypotheses into technical requirements.
- Strong communication skills for operating across technical and business teams.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust server-to-server integrations with major advertising and marketing platforms.
- Own end-to-end web and application tracking parity and mobile measurement configurations.
- Establish and maintain marketing tracking standards and implementation governance.
- Engineer data infrastructure supporting attribution models and commercial metrics.
- Develop infrastructure for profit/gross-margin signals to support value-based bidding.
- Productionize machine learning models into monitored pipelines.
- Build AI-assisted growth engineering tools for anomaly detection and taxonomy management.
- Develop pipeline infrastructure for lead scoring and CRM data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business hypotheses into technical requirements.
