Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Partner Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or similar functions in a global SaaS or cloud security organization.
- 5+ years of experience developing, managing, and coaching technical teams.
- Proven ability to recruit, retain, and manage a globally distributed team.
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence for engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (GSIs, CSPs, VARs, MSPs) and their organizational structures.
- Strong technical leadership balanced with hands-on engagement.
- Technical competency in cloud security: AWS, Azure, GCP, networking, IAM, containers, and CNAPP solutions.
- Operational acumen using metrics and systems like Salesforce.
- Experience with managed services offerings from a technical and commercial perspective.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Responsibilities
- Recruit, retain, develop, and coach a high-performing global team of Partner Solutions Architects.
- Maintain hands-on technical proficiency with cloud security platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Engage and influence C-level executives and partner leaders to drive joint business success.
- Develop and oversee structured technical enablement programs for partner service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to integrate solutions into partner go-to-market strategies.
- Establish technical frameworks and methodologies to ensure service quality and consistency.
