Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Java.
- Proficiency in Java frameworks including Spring (core/web/boot), Gradle, JUnit, and JVM performance tuning.
- Strong background in Service-Oriented Architecture, REST APIs, Message Queues, and scalable architectures.
- Experience with AWS cloud services including EKS, Aurora RDS, Elasticache, and DynamoDB.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines.
- Strong containerization skills.
- Proven ability to work on globally-distributed teams with high ownership.
- Strong communication skills for aligning with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems and services that power external integrations and core product features.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, and Success teams to deliver integrated product solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and scalable architectures.
- Manage dependencies across multiple external platforms to ensure system fault tolerance.
- Execute work as an individual contributor while aligning on project scope and delivery expectations with stakeholders.
