Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional web or software development experience.
- Strong front-end fundamentals with experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and/or Vue.
- Full-stack experience with Python, API development, and service-to-service communication.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL querying.
- Familiarity with containerized and microservices architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with automated testing and software development lifecycles.
- Ability to independently own features, prioritize work, and communicate technical risks.
- Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within air-gapped or highly secure government network environments.
Responsibilities
- Build intuitive, responsive, and maintainable user experiences using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, and/or Vue.
- Translate design mockups and requirements into functional user interfaces.
- Develop clean, well-tested code following established engineering standards.
- Own small-to-medium features from development through testing and deployment.
- Build and improve APIs and backend services using Python and SQL.
- Develop and maintain backend functionality within containerized architectures.
- Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to troubleshoot defects and validate functionality.
- Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improvements in software security, performance, and maintainability.
