Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Be fluent in TypeScript.
- Work with the role's TypeScript/JavaScript, React, React Native, Node, Postgres, and GCP stack; experience with every component is not required.
- Be able to access protected health information.
Responsibilities
- Size the impact of incoming issues, reproduce them, and decide the next step.
- Investigate root causes using Sentry, GCP logs, and the codebase, and ship fixes when appropriate.
- Unblock the reporter before deciding whether an issue needs a ticket.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and use quieter periods to deliver durable fixes, improvements, and feature requests.
- Write runbooks and build meaningful alerts.
- Create automations and AI agents to reduce ticket volume.
- Handle member data with care.
