Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS technical troubleshooting.
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise or large account management.
- Solid foundation in back-end practices including RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and SAML.
- Proficiency in front-end essentials: JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato or Zapier.
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries and data warehousing or BI tools like Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused executive conversations.
- Proven project management and analytical decision-making skills.
- German language proficiency.
- English language proficiency for daily communication.
- Availability for international travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer business and eLearning goals into long-term, scalable technical strategies using Docebo’s feature set.
- Own the technical and product relationship for assigned enterprise accounts in collaboration with Account Teams.
- Guide executive and technical stakeholders through platform innovations, API integrations, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Monitor technical performance metrics such as API usage and login trends to mitigate risks and ensure platform stability.
- Deliver high-impact performance and SLA reviews to customer leadership.
- Analyze support case patterns and lead proof-of-concept pilot projects to improve platform health.
