Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or comparable product leadership role.
- Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritization approaches.
- Experience managing platform, infrastructure, or technically complex software products.
- Strong understanding of outcome-focused and user-centered product management.
- Experience turning customer-specific requirements into reusable product capabilities.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management, technical debt, and software evergreening.
- Confidence working with software engineering, architecture, and delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder-management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience translating between customer, commercial, and technical perspectives.
- Must be UK-based.
- Must be eligible for DV clearance.
Responsibilities
- Own and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Translate customer, user, commercial and technical insight into prioritized product outcomes.
- Develop a strong understanding of customers, users, prospects, and operational environments.
- Maintain an outcome-focused roadmap that balances customer commitments, security, technical debt, and risk mitigation.
- Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to provide clarity on problems and intended outcomes.
- Protect the overall integrity and coherence of the product across components, customers, and implementations.
- Build trusted relationships across customers, engineering, architecture, and business development teams.
