Requirements
- Significant experience as a Senior or Principal Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
- Track record of owning outcomes across multiple product lines or workstreams concurrently.
- Experience operating in technical, rules-heavy, or regulated domains where audit-readiness is a constraint.
- Evidence of modern product management practice, specifically discovery-led and outcome-oriented approaches.
- Proficiency in running discovery with UX/UI Designers, including prototyping and user journeys.
- Confident senior-level customer-facing skills for strategy presentations and stakeholder management.
- Data-informed approach to decision-making and prioritization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication calibrated for executive and technical audiences.
- Enthusiasm to work with AI tooling across the product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Hold end-to-end product accountability across the Carbon suite as one connected remit.
- Prioritize ruthlessly across different problem spaces, making trade-offs legible to engineering and leadership.
- Manage product-level relationships with external partners to define scope and resolve gaps.
- Apply audit-grade rigor to requirements, validation logic, and UX to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead discovery through customer interviews, problem framing, and prototyping with UX/UI designers.
- Identify and integrate AI capabilities into the product suite to meet evolving market expectations.
- Present strategy and roadmaps directly to customers, managing feedback and escalations.
