Requirements
- Master's degree in a subject related to health services research (e.g., health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or science).
- 4-6 years of professional experience.
- Technical experience in systematic literature reviews and/or indirect treatment comparisons (e.g., NMA, MAIC, STC).
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EndNote.
- Ability to contribute to feasibility assessments and statistical analysis plans.
- Experience in mentorship and providing direction to junior team members.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in R or R Shiny is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop client-ready deliverables such as study protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and slides.
- Manage delivery of project components to ensure high quality and financial performance.
- Lead client calls and handle daily client communications as an independent researcher.
- Oversee and delegate tasks to junior researchers while providing mentorship and development plans.
- Contribute to business development proposals and presentations.
- Estimate resource requirements and identify potential project challenges early.
