Requirements
- Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research (e.g., health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health).
- 4-6 years of professional experience.
- Technical experience in systematic literature reviews and/or indirect treatment comparisons (e.g., NMA, MAIC, STC).
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment requirements.
- Ability to oversee systematic literature reviews (clinical, economic, and/or health-related quality of life).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EndNote.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- R or R Shiny proficiency is considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop client-ready deliverables including study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and technical reports.
- Manage the delivery of project components by collaborating with staff to ensure quality.
- Lead client communications, including calls and email correspondence.
- Delegate and oversee tasks completed by junior researchers.
- Provide mentorship and direction, including creating development plans for direct reports.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and new business presentations.
- Monitor project timelines and financial performance, identifying challenges and solutions.
