Requirements
- Graduate degree (MS, MPH, PhD, or PharmD) in a clinical field, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related field.
- 5+ years of clinical research experience.
- Previous experience co-authoring relevant clinical publications.
- Strong statistical programming experience with R, Python, SQL, or MS Excel.
- Experience working with clinical, claims, EHR, or engagement healthcare datasets.
- Experience testing claims and enrollment data for errors.
- Experience planning and implementing complex statistical analyses.
- Strong AI fluency, with ability to design AI-enabled workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to prioritize clinical and economic research topics.
- Generate research questions and develop analytical plans for key publication and evidence-generation priorities.
- Identify, organize, query, and analyze diverse datasets, including clinical, claims, electronic health record (EHR), and engagement data.
- Apply advanced statistical methods, including multilevel modeling, causal inference methods, propensity score matching, mixed-effects modeling, and longitudinal analyses, and sensitivity testing.
- Collaborate with co-authors to incorporate feedback and finalize analyses, manuscripts, white papers, and abstracts.
- Respond to anonymous peer reviews, including repeat analyses and manuscript revisions, to support timely resubmission.
- Identify relevant conferences for abstract submission and present ongoing research when appropriate.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, accurate, and actionable insights for clinical, technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
