Requirements
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience.
- At least five years in an HR leadership role.
- Meaningful experience supporting a global workforce.
- Experience in a globally distributed organization with a significant US staff population.
- Broad HR generalist experience including staff relations, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
- Experience leading and developing HR staff.
- Experience overseeing or contributing to Learning & Development programs.
- Strong HR systems, reporting, and process-improvement experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of Core HR and develop a global team.
- Serve as a senior HR business partner to directors and executive leaders.
- Guide managers through sensitive staff relations, performance, and workplace concerns.
- Oversee the staff lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage global benefits, well-being programs, and US 401(k) committee participation.
- Oversee HR systems, data integrity, and people analytics to improve decision-making.
- Facilitate immigration and relocation matters as needed.
- Oversee Leadership and Citizenship camps of the Learning & Development program.
