Requirements
- 3-8 years of relevant experience owning an overdraft, Cash Advance, or Consumer Lending product.
- Experience digging into product mechanics such as limits, repayment schedules, and fees.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with data and risk teams on unit economics.
- Demonstrated track record of operating independently with minimal ramp-up time.
- High attention to detail.
- Proactive, builder-mindset with a drive for execution.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship the next phase of the cash advance product to support massive growth.
- Drive the product roadmap by identifying customer pain points and defining feature requirements.
- Apply quantitative rigor to user conversion, limit setting, repayment optimization, and fee structure management.
- Manage unit economics in collaboration with analytics and risk partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including legal, engineering, design, and servicing to execute product features.
