Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, specifically in performance advertising (DSP, retargeting, MMP, or ad networks).
- Deep technical understanding of web/mobile identity and attribution, including probabilistic matching, pixels, and server-to-server postbacks.
- Expertise in navigating browser privacy constraints such as ITP, fingerprinting protection, and ATT.
- Track record of taking a product from beta to GA, including experience pivoting or killing products based on data.
- Experience operating in a 0-to-1 incubation environment with hands-on customer management.
- Demonstrated experience with ML experimentation, confidence intervals, and experiment design.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, ML, GTM, sales, and creative teams.
- Ability to build and defend unit economics to executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, quarterly goals, and success metrics for the e-commerce platform.
- Manage unit economics and make data-driven decisions on scaling, pivoting, or stopping features.
- Partner with sales and GTM teams to define customer profiles and inform the product roadmap.
- Work with Engineering and ML teams to own the experiment roadmap and interpret A/B test results.
- Oversee identity, attribution, and platform integration (e.g., pixels, server-side events, catalog ingestion).
- Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
