Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with significant time in performance advertising.
- Hands-on depth in web and mobile identity and attribution, including probabilistic matching, pixels, and server-to-server postbacks.
- Understanding of browser privacy changes (ITP, fingerprinting protection) and ATT.
- Track record of successfully taking a product from beta to general availability.
- Experience making data-driven decisions to kill or pivot products.
- Demonstrated experience with ML experimentation, confidence intervals, and experiment design.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, ML, sales, and finance without direct authority.
- Comfort operating in a 0-to-1 incubation environment with hands-on customer management.
Responsibilities
- Set product strategy, quarterly goals, and success metrics while reporting progress to executive leadership.
- Define unit economics and launch readiness criteria to determine scaling or pivoting.
- Partner with GTM, sales, and account teams to define customer profiles and inform roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to manage experiment roadmaps and diagnose full-funnel performance.
- Define product policies regarding consent, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and data protection.
- Lead end-to-end e-commerce platform integrations including pixels, server-side events, and catalog ingestion.
