Requirements
- 1-2 years of Sales, Client Services, Account Management, or related experience.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM and project management platforms.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for team and organization events.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of assigned clinics and health systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clinic contacts.
- Conduct regular strategy meetings and business reviews.
- Serve as a primary contact for provider inquiries and escalations.
- Drive provider engagement through consistent education and data insights.
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales Reps on upsells and cross-sells.
- Document provider interactions and success plans in HubSpot.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams.
