Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a healthcare tech or SaaS-based product environment.
- Demonstrated experience building or significantly maturing a Customer Success function with concrete examples of developed playbooks and processes.
- Excellent client service skills with the ability to communicate with diverse healthcare stakeholders, including physicians and executive leadership.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage business processes in complex environments.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and define structure where none currently exists.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare client ecosystem and decision-making processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to educate and influence clients.
- Highly organized and systematic approach with superb attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Co-design Axuall's Customer Success strategy, engagement model, and lifecycle framework.
- Build foundational playbooks, processes, and tools for proactive customer success including health scoring and QBR cadence.
- Own a portfolio of customer relationships post-implementation to drive adoption and value realization.
- Lead regular operational reviews and health check-ins, proactively flagging and mitigating risk.
- Collaborate with Client Services and Implementation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Partner with Strategic Account Managers to align on account strategy and risk mitigation.
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence feature development.
