Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in professional services or in-house M&A/integration leadership at a PE-backed company.
  • Hands-on experience structuring and managing TSAs, including scoping, pricing, and exit planning.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing standalone cost models for carve-out transactions.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation projects.
  • Direct experience in M&A integrations, carve-outs, and divestitures.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise CFOs, boards, and deal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA credential is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to responsibly adopt firm-approved AI tools.
  • Continuous learning mindset regarding emerging technologies and automation.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex integration and separation engagements, translating investment theses into actionable cross-functional plans.
  • Manage the Finance workstream throughout the transaction lifecycle, including P&L, balance sheet, and working capital.
  • Structure, negotiate, and manage Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and reverse TSAs.
  • Develop target operating models and drive Day 1 integration readiness.
  • Oversee legal entity, IT, and data separation, as well as employee and customer migrations.
  • Lead PMO activities and provide regular communication to C-suite and sponsor stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members and participate in hiring and business development.
