Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate development.
- Extensive experience in financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to succinctly summarize complex financial analysis for senior management.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and investments.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects independently.
- Ability to travel 3-5 times a year for business purposes.
Responsibilities
- Advance M&A strategy through research, landscape assessment, and trend analysis.
- Analyze potential acquisition targets, developing strategic rationale and risk assessments.
- Build complex financial models including projections, company valuations, and return analysis.
- Participate in financial due diligence for target companies.
- Collaborate with senior leaders in Finance, Strategy, Talent, Technology, and Legal.
- Develop presentation materials for senior management and the Board.
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities for the impact investment fund.
- Prepare investment memos and support portfolio reporting processes.
