Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years in K–12 education, professional development, instructional leadership, curriculum, or customer success.
  • Proven experience designing, delivering, or overseeing professional development.
  • Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Experience managing large educational projects, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of instruction, adult learning, and change management.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Ability to travel regionally and nationally (averaging 10–20% annually).
  • Must be permitted to work in the US, maintain US residency, and possess a valid US driver's license.
  • Reliable home internet and a quiet, professional workspace for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a regional team of PD Strategists and Lead PLS.
  • Develop and execute strategic operating plans aligned with regional and company goals.
  • Oversee complex PD engagements, including scoping, staffing, logistics, and budgeting.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key accounts and provide interventional support for high-risk implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including CS, Sales, Product, and Content—to deliver superior professional learning.
  • Establish delivery standards and operational rhythms for account planning and performance tracking.
