Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, healthcare sales, strategic partnerships, or account management.
- Demonstrated experience in dialysis, long-term care, skilled nursing, post-acute/transitional care, geriatric care, home health, or population health.
- Proven track record of developing B2B relationships and moving opportunities through a structured sales pipeline.
- Excellent executive communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong consultative-selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate healthcare organizations’ operational challenges into partnership opportunities.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and using data to guide business development decisions.
- Capacity to communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a healthcare-focused business development strategy targeting organizations serving patients with ongoing or transitional caregiving needs.
- Identify high-potential regional and national healthcare partners and build a qualified B2B pipeline.
- Develop partnership models that integrate Herewith’s caregiving solutions into existing clinical and patient-support workflows.
- Own the B2B sales cycle from prospect identification through outreach, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and implementation.
- Monitor trends in dialysis, post-acute care, aging services, and chronic disease management to refine service offerings.
- Represent Herewith at healthcare conferences, industry meetings, and networking events.
