Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role.
- Experience supporting or working with technical products.
- Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies.
- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
- Experience managing 20+ implementations or projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Passion for initiative and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred.
- Change management delivery experience preferred.
- Fluency in French is a nice-to-have skill.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Samsara advisor to manage technology deployment and ensure quick time to value.
- Lead solution workshops to develop L1 business processes.
- Guide customers through change management, including policy, communications, and training.
- Deliver training sessions and technology demonstrations for executives and end-users.
- Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel across cross-functional teams.
