Requirements
- JD or equivalent law degree.
- 2+ years in private practice, in-house, legal research, or regulatory and compliance work.
- 2+ years leading complex projects, operational workflows, or subject-matter initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with attorneys, legal experts, researchers, and customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with AI/ML companies or AI labs (nice to have).
- Experience with data annotation and evaluation projects (nice to have).
- Familiarity with contract analysis, litigation, or complex legal workflows (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Run strategic legal pilots and research projects for legal AI model training and evaluation.
- Manage project lifecycle from initial scoping through to operationalization.
- Develop workflows, expert requirements, and quality standards for legal data projects.
- Define operational blueprints to transition successful pilots into scalable programs.
- Partner with attorneys, legal experts, researchers, and customers to align on objectives.
- Ensure appropriate consideration for privilege, confidentiality, and jurisdictional requirements in model training.
