Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in clinical practice, healthcare, medical research, or life sciences.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects or multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear specifications.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment with rapidly evolving priorities.
- Experience with AI or ML companies, AI labs, or data annotation and evaluation projects (nice to have).
- Experience managing finance-focused, technical, or data-intensive projects (nice to have).
- Familiarity with data pipelines, AI training workflows, model evaluation, or human-in-the-loop operations (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Lead complex medical AI data programs from solution design through delivery.
- Bridge customer objectives, clinical expertise, and global delivery capability.
- Convert pilot programs into scalable projects.
- Develop workflows, expert requirements, and quality standards in collaboration with researchers and delivery teams.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into clear specifications.
