Requirements
- Strong background in finance, financial engineering, economics, or accounting.
- 2+ years of experience leading complex projects, operational workflows, or finance initiatives.
- Deep understanding of financial data, markets, accounting, and modeling.
- Ability to assess and judge financial datasets for fitness of purpose.
- Comfort working in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach to project management.
- Experience with AI or ML companies, labs, or data annotation projects (nice to have).
- Familiarity with data pipelines, model evaluation, or human-in-the-loop operations (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own the success of frontier financial AI pilots from initial scoping through operationalization.
- Turn emerging use cases into validated programs meeting financial quality, feasibility, and cost standards.
- Shape the usage of market data, financial statements, filings, and disclosures for model training and evaluation.
- Develop workflows, expert requirements, and quality standards in collaboration with researchers and global delivery teams.
- Evaluate financial datasets to judge if they are fit for purpose for model training.
