Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Previous in-house recruiting experience required.
- Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to define hiring requirements.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable ATS and sourcing platforms.
- Ability to travel approximately 4-6 times per year for in-person collaboration.
- Preferred: Experience recruiting in the credit industry.
- Preferred: Experience recruiting for data science and machine learning roles.
- Preferred: Experience in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
- Preferred: Experience in companies with approximately 500 employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle hiring for a rotating portfolio of roles including credit, data science, analytics, product management, and corporate functions.
- Maintain a pipeline of approximately 6-10 open requisitions.
- Conduct proactive sourcing for all assigned searches.
- Develop hiring plans including scorecards, panel recommendations, and interviewer briefs.
- Calibrate interview processes and coach hiring managers for consistent, unbiased candidate assessments.
- Execute offer strategy and negotiation in partnership with Finance, HRBPs, and Total Rewards.
- Ensure candidate data integrity within Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
