Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven in-house recruiting experience, ideally at companies without massive inbound brand volume.
- Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to define and meet hiring goals.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter (or comparable systems).
- Ability to travel approximately 4-6 times per year for in-person collaboration.
- Experience with credit, data science, or machine learning recruiting is preferred.
- Experience operating in a high-growth, evolving environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle hiring for a rotating portfolio of roles including credit, data science, analytics, product, and platform management.
- Perform proactive sourcing for every assigned search.
- Develop hiring plans including scorecards, panel recommendations, and interviewer briefs.
- Coach hiring managers and panelists to ensure consistent, unbiased candidate evaluations.
- Lead offer strategy and negotiations in partnership with Finance, HRBPs, and Total Rewards.
- Maintain pipeline and candidate data integrity within Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
