Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce administration and business systems management.
- Proven track record of managing a broad multi-system GTM stack including customer success, marketing automation, or ERP.
- Demonstrated experience operating above the tier-1 support layer, focusing on solution architecture and standards.
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative development including flows, automation, and custom objects.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting integrations across a diverse toolset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-month, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to adoption.
- Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills across departments.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Ability to balance tactical configuration with long-term systems strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce platform architecture, including configuration design, automation, and security frameworks.
- Design and maintain data integrity rules, deduplication logic, and ownership-reassignment workflows.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations across the GTM systems stack including HubSpot, Outreach, and NetSuite.
- Build and maintain standing dashboard and reporting infrastructure for leadership using Power BI and Salesforce reporting.
- Lead major cross-functional systems initiatives end-to-end from scoping through adoption.
- Act as product owner for the GTM systems stack by maintaining the roadmap, prioritizing requests, and managing stakeholder intake.
- Partner with executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business requirements into scalable systems solutions.
