Requirements
- Solid, hands-on HR experience including business partnership and generalist recruitment.
- Proven experience in HR project delivery and employee/manager advisory.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of AI and its practical applications in HR.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude).
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguous, cross-functional work independently.
- Capacity to handle a large, varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a scaling, multi-entity, or cross-border organization (nice to have).
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing and candidate pipelines for open roles.
- Conduct candidate interviews from initial screening through the hiring process.
- Lead and contribute to core HR initiatives such as talent reviews and pay transparency implementation.
- Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to optimize HR processes.
- Support business unit transformations and organizational restructures.
- Provide expert advisory to people managers regarding performance, conflict, and policy.
- Act as a backup for the Global HR team and represent HR leadership as needed.
