Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passionate about helping others
- Must obtain P&C insurance license within 60 days after starting
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
- Update lienholder information
- Send policy documents to customers
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverages, or benefits
- Retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
