- Bachelor's Degree.
- 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, PBM, payer, or GPO industries.
- Strong background in market access analytics, payer policy, or managed markets.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for strategy.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
- High executive presence and polished presentation skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Strong understanding of Commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid managed care (preferred).
- Experience with MMIT or similar formulary and policy databases (preferred).
- Experience with pharmacy claims and specialty pharmacy data (preferred).
- Master’s or Advanced Degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of payer and PBM accounts as the primary point of contact for engagement and issue resolution.
- Partner with National Account Directors (NADs) to provide data-driven insights for payer and PBM engagements.
- Represent Arrowhead at payer and PBM leadership meetings and industry conferences.
- Maintain the centralized database for formulary coverage, payer policies, and utilization management (UM) criteria.
- Monitor and analyze formulary databases and pharmacy claims to track coverage decisions and identify access trends.
- Coordinate with Trade, Distribution, and Patient Services to analyze HUB and specialty pharmacy patient-journey data.
- Develop and communicate field updates regarding payer coverage wins, policy changes, and analytical insights.
