- Builder's approach to AI and automation with experience shipping internal tooling or workflows.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills to produce clear, compliant, and persuasive responses.
- Strong project management under deadline pressure running cross-functional review cycles and sign-offs.
- Commercial instincts to evaluate scoring criteria and identify winning differentiators.
- Ability to work effectively across timezones.
- Bonus: Additional languages beyond English.
- Bonus: Experience with security or compliance questionnaires.
- Bonus: Technical or pre-sales background.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic pursuits from qualification through submission.
- Decode evaluator requirements and shape response strategies with account teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security teams.
- Drive submissions to high-quality standards within strict deadlines.
- Utilize and improve AI-first proposal systems for automation and content retrieval.
- Systematize recurring work into reusable templates, content, and processes.
