Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP/IBP environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with forecasting tools or planning systems.
- Working knowledge of APICS/ASCM principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP/IBP.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time, including overnight and global travel.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end regional demand plan for Hardware, Consumables, and Service Parts.
- Ensure alignment between demand plans, commercial outlook, and financial targets.
- Analyze statistical and market forecasts enriched with region-specific insights.
- Partner with regional Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders to align on assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in and support the S&OP process, ensuring clear visibility to demand drivers.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs including forecast accuracy (MAPE), bias, service levels, and inventory health.
- Identify root causes of forecast variation and drive proactive corrective actions.
