Requirements
- 8+ years of professional Product Management experience.
- At least 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring other Product Managers.
- Proven experience working within a modern, empowerment-based Product Operating Model.
- Ability to analyze raw data to identify patterns and customer friction points.
- Strong background in defining and monitoring product health metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to pivot or cancel features based on performance data.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical logic for various stakeholders.
- Completion of a TestDome assessment is required for qualified applicants.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product craft, execution, and strategic thinking.
- Evangelize an outcome-driven culture focused on business results rather than output.
- Implement modern product operating model principles such as product trios and rapid prototyping.
- Define and execute the long-term product vision for the Advanced Ads platform.
- Lead continuous product discovery to validate usability, feasibility, and value.
- Drive revenue and growth by managing end-to-end strategy, GTM, and roadmap prioritization based on ROI.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and growth teams to ensure successful feature adoption.
