Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience.
- Meaningful hands-on experience in financial audit or assurance workflows.
- Ability to engage with auditors at a peer level.
- Strong ability to translate domain expertise and customer feedback into clear, prioritized product requirements.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Proficiency in a global environment.
- Openness and curiosity about AI with active engagement in AI tools.
- Familiarity with audit standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISA, GAAS, PCAOB) is a plus.
- Experience with Caseware audit or engagement software is a plus.
- Exposure to platform-based product thinking.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on assurance workflows and financial audit methodology for internal and partner teams.
- Engage with global partners and customers to understand workflows, challenges, and expectations.
- Define and prioritize AI-driven product capabilities and improvements based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Own the product roadmap and manage product trade-offs across diverse global stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional release readiness with platform, consulting, support, and partner-facing teams.
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Support to incorporate customer insights and escalation feedback into the roadmap.
