- High energy and comfort with heavy outbound phone calls.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable adopting AI tools, modern CRMs, and sales automation.
- Strong work ethic and growth mindset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for offsites, team events, or conferences.
Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-funnel growth by executing daily high-volume phone calls, targeted cold outreach, and multi-touch email cadences.
- Partner with the Marketing team to follow up on multi-channel campaign leads and digital inquiries.
- Identify pain points in practice workflows and articulate the value of Archy's platform.
- Schedule product demonstrations for Sales Executives.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to accelerate prospecting and refine messaging.
- Actively engage with the sales team through virtual huddles and power-dials.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly activity and demo-booked KPIs.
