Requirements
- 7+ years in product management or digital product development.
- Strong focus on launching B2B platforms, developer APIs, or payments infrastructure.
- Ability to read network specifications and debate technical trade-offs with engineers.
- Ability to design APIs and webhooks that scale smoothly.
- Hands-on experience with SQL to pull usage metrics and track adoption.
- Detail-oriented problem-solving skills with a track record of leading execution.
- Experience with authentication services, EMV, or 3DS specifications is a plus.
- Background building cloud-native applications or high-throughput global platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap for network integrations and partner with major card networks and payment gateways.
- Abstract network-specific quirks into a unified, predictable API experience for VGS customers.
- Define API interfaces, functional requirements, and webhook event models built for long-term durability.
- Partner with Engineering, Security, UX, and Legal to validate designs and guide features from early discussions to general availability.
- Own customer onboarding, integration support, and implementation guides.
- Define and track platform KPIs including integration cycle time, feature adoption, and reliability.
- Write custom SQL queries to analyze usage patterns and inform product decisions.
