Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of proven development experience in the renewable sector.
- Experience within Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management software for scheduling, budgeting, and presentations.
- Financial model experience preferred.
- Ability to travel 20-40% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned projects and support senior development team members in project lifecycle management.
- Secure site control, access, and interconnection, including reviewing and clearing titles.
- Identify permitting requirements and manage the preparation and submission of permit applications.
- Execute public relations and outreach strategies for stakeholders and local community officials.
- Research interconnection tariff rules and manage applications, studies, and financial exposure.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and fiscal analysis.
- Coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, and construction departments to mitigate risks.
