Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of direct clinical trial work experience.
- Experience with CRA/CRO environments is preferred.
- Project management or service-industry experience is preferred.
- Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in Excel and Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with teams, customers, and third-party providers.
- Highly methodical and organized approach to multitasking.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, learn quickly, and proactively manage project assignments.
- Experience working with clinical software is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute project tasks in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical sites, raters, and CROs from start-up to close-out.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records and trackers for high-volume site communications.
- Collaborate with functional groups including Scale Management, Clinician Network, Science, and Site Training teams.
- Oversee and mentor junior study team members on work output.
- Drive study deliverables and communicate progress to project managers, sponsors, or Rater Training Leads.
- Assume Rater Training Lead responsibilities for small to medium-sized studies.
