Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in franchise, multi-unit, or home service based operations.
- Proven ability to drive business performance, operational execution, and team development.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and KPI-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships and influencing performance across a distributed network.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting strategic direction and aligning brand objectives with Empower Brands’ overall goals.
- Provide overall direction and guidance for system-wide operational activities.
- Lead the support team in delivering proactive training, coaching, and mentoring to franchisees.
- Drive improvements in franchisee performance, unit growth, and profitability.
- Own achievement of annual budget and EBITDA targets.
- Oversee development and growth of the commercial irrigation division.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team including Franchise Business Coaches and functional leaders.
