- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit operations (fitness, retail, hospitality, or consumer services).
- Minimum 3–5 years in a VP-level or equivalent executive role.
- Direct oversight experience of regional or national operations teams and multi-layered field organizations.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Deep experience with full P&L ownership and unit-level financial management.
- Demonstrated success building and retaining high-performing teams across dispersed markets.
- Strong merchant mindset with expertise in unit-level economics and sales levers.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with a willingness to be hands-on.
- Ability to influence at all levels of an organization with strong executive presence.
- Genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and the company mission.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Own full P&L responsibility for the North America studio fleet, including revenue, payroll, expense management, and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop senior directors and field leaders across all regions.
- Drive top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability through membership growth, retention, and retail sales.
- Scale leadership systems and operational routines to support a growing, diverse team.
- Design and execute talent pipelines, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
- Refine operational standards and tools to improve studio workflows and brand consistency.
- Lead new studio launch strategies in partnership with Real Estate, Construction, and Marketing departments.
- Represent studio operations in executive leadership and board discussions.
