Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of relevant professional experience with extensive expertise in electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain ecosystems.
  • Significant experience leading manufacturing strategy, transformation, operational excellence, and cost initiatives at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience with electronics manufacturing, including integration of software/configuration into late-stage manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and translate strategy into operational execution.
  • Exceptional executive presence and cross-functional influence to align diverse leadership teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous, and globally distributed environments.
  • Outcome-driven mindset with emphasis on quality, speed, cost, and reliability.
  • Demonstrated talent-development and organizational leadership capabilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% of the time.
  • Ability to frequently exert up to 20 pounds of force.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global electronics manufacturing strategy aligned with business growth, product roadmaps, and sustainability objectives.
  • Establish long-term manufacturing footprint, automation, platform, and sourcing strategies, including make-versus-buy decisions.
  • Create scalable manufacturing systems by standardizing engineering practices, design-for-manufacturing (DFM), and design-for-assembly (DFA) disciplines.
  • Lead global electronics quality, compliance, reliability, validation, testing, and lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to accelerate new product introduction (NPI) and ensure production readiness.
  • Own electronics cost structures, productivity roadmaps, margin improvement, and capital expenditure strategies.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global organization across electronics, manufacturing, and supplier engineering functions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across product, supply chain, and operations while influencing senior executives.
