Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in K-12 education, EdTech, customer success, professional services, or strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success developing, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships with measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. K-12 education landscape and relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with BOCES, Intermediate Units, ESCs, AEAs, or similar education organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS customer success, implementation, or partner enablement is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with K-12 technology solutions such as SIS, ERP, or analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% for partner meetings and business activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national strategy for partnerships with Regional Education Service Organizations (RESOs) to drive customer success and retention.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic relationships with regional education organizations such as BOCES, Intermediate Units, and Educational Service Centers.
  • Establish partnership frameworks, governance processes, and success metrics to measure impact and influence.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for key partnerships and build relationships with senior stakeholders across the K-12 education landscape.
  • Develop and deliver partner certification, training, and enablement programs to ensure effective local support.
  • Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to integrate partner insights into product and service priorities.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify and support co-selling, expansion, and acquisition opportunities.
