Requirements
- Demonstrated experience executing, designing, or leading digital takedown services.
- Meaningful ownership across the full takedown lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of takedown requirements across threat types, platforms, and geographies.
- Experience with phishing, domain abuse, impersonation, or trademark/copyright infringement use cases.
- Proven ability to transform manual processes into scalable technology solutions.
- Technical fluency with APIs, automation, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong judgment regarding liability, authorization, and legal involvement.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Legal, and Support.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with external disruption partners.
- Strong product strategy, prioritization, and analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and operating model for digital risk protection takedown capabilities.
- Evaluate existing workflows and service performance to prioritize improvements that strengthen outcomes.
- Translate complex operational requirements into scalable product workflows for high-impact takedown use cases.
- Partner with Engineering and AI teams to improve the full takedown lifecycle from evidence collection to reporting.
- Define requirements for automation, AI-assisted workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Collaborate with Legal to establish safeguards regarding liability, authorization, and policy requirements.
- Maintain relationships with registrars, hosting providers, and platforms to enhance takedown success rates.
- Align internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, and commercial teams on execution priorities.
