Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in SaaS or software, with a strong background in go-to-market strategy, program management, revenue operations, or a related field.
- Experience in channel or partner strategy is advantageous, while strong go-to-market and operational expertise can provide a foundation for success.
- 2+ years of experience managing Senior- or Principal-level individual contributors, with demonstrated success coaching high performers, developing talent, and improving team output.
- Proven ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with direct involvement in high-priority initiatives.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using KPIs and business insights to guide decisions and measure program performance.
- Strong technical fluency, including the ability to translate complex business and program requirements into clear specifications for product, finance, technology, and systems teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of how AI tools can transform strategy and operations, with a willingness to actively use, promote, and scale AI-enabled ways of working.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence executive audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking, business judgment, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes and long-term partner success.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Partner Strategy & Programs function, setting strategic direction across partner tiering, program benefits, incentives, requirements, funding initiatives, and sales-driven programs.
- Manage, coach, and develop Senior and Principal-level program managers, creating an environment that encourages high performance, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strategic partner to global partner development, sales operations, finance, customer success, and other go-to-market teams to ensure strong alignment and execution.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to use KPIs and insights to shape strategy, evaluate program effectiveness, and guide investment decisions.
- Oversee the design and evolution of partner programs that enable partners to deliver next-generation customer outcomes through AI agents, workflows, and automation.
- Develop business cases and strategic proposals that help senior leadership make informed decisions on complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Translate program needs into clear business requirements and specifications that can be effectively executed by product, finance, technology, and systems teams.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive roadmap supporting revenue growth, deal velocity, partner activation, and operational efficiency across global sales and success organizations.
- Define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators such as recurring revenue, partner activation, pipeline velocity, and overall program impact.
- Champion the effective adoption of AI tools across strategy and operations, identifying opportunities to automate work, improve productivity, and strengthen team capabilities.
