Requirements
- 5+ years in on-site / content SEO on large, complex, multi-locale websites.
- Deep expertise in site architecture, internal linking, URL/taxonomy strategy, and landing-page optimization at scale.
- Hands-on experience with topical maps and semantic SEO / topical authority frameworks.
- People leadership experience, or clear readiness to step into a team lead role.
- Commercially minded and comfortable influencing across content, technical, localization, and product.
- Proficient with Ahrefs or SEMrush, GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog / Sitebulb.
Responsibilities
- Own on-site SEO strategy across all products: landing pages, architecture, internal linking, and URL structure.
- Govern the site-wide topical map and prioritize the content backlog against it.
- Close the landing-page / content gap that drives both rankings and conversions.
- Scale our semantic SEO framework so we own whole conversations, not single keywords.
- Lead, hire, and coach the on-site specialist team.
- Translate on-site wins into acquisition and billings impact for stakeholders.
