Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or Junior SEO.
- Solid understanding of SEO and link building foundations (backlinks, DR, anchors, indexing).
- Confident user of Google Sheets and Excel.
- Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate (B1+/B2) proficiency in English.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and workflow automation techniques.
- Strong soft skills: accountability, clear communication, attention to detail, and deadline discipline.
- Willingness to learn and ability to accept constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage 8+ agency contractors, including briefing, deadline tracking, and quality control.
- Oversee link placement processes, including tracking and verifying donor quality metrics (DR, traffic, relevance, indexing).
- Prepare comprehensive briefs for copywriters.
- Perform on-page site optimization and create new informational content.
- Submit regular performance reports on placement volume and progress against goals.
- Develop initiatives to automate routine SEO workflows.
