Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a Junior SEO or SEO Specialist role.
- Strong understanding of SEO and link building fundamentals, including backlinks, DR, anchors, and indexing.
- Confident user of Google Sheets or Excel.
- English language proficiency at B1+/B2 level.
- Experience using Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of AI tools and automation methods for SEO.
- Strong responsibility for results, attention to detail, and deadline management.
- Effective communication skills and readiness to learn and accept feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage 8+ contractor agencies, including briefings, deadline tracking, and performance control.
- Manage link placements by tracking and verifying donor quality such as DR, traffic, relevance, and indexing.
- Write briefs for copywriters and create new informational content.
- Optimize website pages and perform technical SEO tasks.
- Automate routine processes to improve SEO operational efficiency.
- Produce regular reports on link placements, plan execution, and problem areas.
