- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for effective communication.
- Ability to work Tue–Sat schedule (14:00 – 23:00 Kyiv time).
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with top-tier customers.
- Drive retention and proactively reactivate dormant accounts.
- Identify opportunities for personalized outreach and email campaigns.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Act as a bridge between customers and our product team, ensuring feedback is translated into actionable improvements.
